One Dozen (12) Eggs from a variety of chicken breeds, so the eggs come in a variety of sizes and beautiful colors. From free-ranging, hand-raised chickens.

I wash all my eggs the day before delivery drop off. I only rinse with lukewarm water, I never use soap of any kind. Until then, they stay unwashed in the refrigerator. All eggs are inspected thoroughly for any defects or cracks.

**Farm Fresh Unwashed eggs will last at least two weeks unrefrigerated, and three months if refrigerated. Washed eggs should be refrigerated and will last at least two months. **
