This gluten-free traditional scone with butter, cream and currants is a favorite! We blend the flours ourselves. This pack of two frozen gluten-free scones are vacuum sealed and ready to bake in your oven. Fill your house with the aroma of freshly baked scones and impress your friends and family with your baking skills.
Ingredients: White and brown rice flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, potato starch, nonfat dry milk, cream, butter, currents, sugar, baking powder, xanthum gum, salt
Instructions: bake in oven at 350 to 400 degrees from frozen for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on a double tray.
*Note: We are not a gluten-free only kitchen. We do take precautions to avoid cross-contamination but cannot control any glutinous flour particles in the air. Please exercise caution if you are celiac.
