Hard White Winter Wheat
Grown organically by Fritz Durst
A versatile, milder whole wheat bread flour. Has a bit more sweetness and less of the traditional bitterness of red wheats. This flour absorbs water well, is easy to work with, and is a great way to add whole wheat nutrition and flavor to any of your baked goods.
Great for: Bread, pizza dough, pasta, pancakes, cookies, cakes.
