Two pieces of this vegan, gluten free focaccia. It's got great, big crusty-chewy texture, shot through with a deep olive oil silkiness, a little bit of garlic, and a subtle herbaceousness* from fresh rosemary, thyme, and oregano.
(*I am not at all worried about sounding like a tool when I use words like herbaceousness.**)
