The Bread Bike baguette is a spin on a traditional french baguette. Ours uses both sourdough culture and a poolish (yeasted) to make a mild and light bread with a crunchy exterior.
Ingredients: Sifted wheat flour*, whole wheat flour*, sourdough culture*, salt, yeast.
