Injera is a sour fermented pancake-like flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made of teff flour. In Ethiopia and Eritrea. Our injera is made from 100% teff flour. Its fermented for 7 days and naturally gluten free. It’s made fresh daily at our kitchen.
