Description

Berbere is a traditional Ethiopian spice, a complex blend of Chili Peppers, Garlic, Black Cardamom, Rue Leaf/seeds, Bishops Weed, Black Seed, Sacred Basil and Thyme. It's great for cooking or rubbing on meat or veggies before roasting/grilling. Make it into paste by mixing it with Olive Oil and it's great as a spicy dip for meat or vegetables.
