Organically grown Urban family farm specializing in Organically grown Oyster mushroom production. Oyster Mushrooms are a versatile mushroom known for their delicate earthy taste, and funky oyster shape. These mushrooms are great in everything from stir fries to meat substitute recipes. Our farm is located in Morro Bay, California. We grow fresh gourmet mushrooms for local residents and restaurants along the California Central Coast. The natural ocean air and mild weather is ideal for growing a variety of oyster mushrooms. We fruit them in humidified greenhouses, harvesting in the early morning the same day we sell them at the farmer's market.
