This kit includes enough cannoli shells, fresh ricotta cream and toppings (chocolate chips, pistachios and powdered sugar) to make 4 mini Yolo Cannolo cannoli. You can also get creative and add your favorite ingredients to create your own custom cannoli.

Note: The ricotta cream is fresh and perishable; it should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 4 days. All other ingredients last for up to 30 days.
